Determination of The Resistance of Grapevine Rootstocks to Cadmium (Cd) Toxicity

In this study, response of 12 grapevine rootstock genotypes to cadmium (Cd) toxicity were investigated. The Cd application the soil was made at beginning experiment 4 different doses. Shoot, leaf and root dry matter yields, Cd, N, P Zn contents determined assess genotype tolerance toxicity. Present findings revealed that based on shoot, weights, contents, there Cd-sensitive resistant among present ones. At greatest dose (Cd20), (µg plant-1) observed in 8B (6.13), 420A (5.35) 1103P (4.69) rootstocks lowest 99R (1.27) SO4 (1.58) rootstocks. Among rootstocks, with quite lower accumulation than other increasing shoot weights content identified as against toxic conditions.
